Obsolete Parts
One prominent downside owning classic cars is that quite often parts are simply not available. No one is breaking cars, and there is insufficient demand for manufacturers to produce such parts. Using traditional methods to fabricate such parts can be immensly time consuming and therefore costly.
With the aid of our 3D prininting, such obsolete parts can be reverse engineered based on partial or broken parts as well as complete yet worn items. During the process, we can often redesign and optimize the part for use improving the original specification. Once the CAD drawing is ready, parts can be designed for casting, CNC machined, printed in plastic alloys, or printed in metal. Material choice is based on use, budget, and tolerances.
Of course, it doesn't stop at obsolete parts. Custom bespoke body parts made in carbon fiber, aluminum, fiberglas, and plastics can all be designed uniquely to your specification:
- Scoops
- Wing Mirrors
- Fender Flares
- Body Panels
- Door and Trunk Handles
- Custom lenses
- Custom badging
- Wheels
